So, if you know and maybe use this service, than when you have the possibility to use the U.S Cellular services too. It can happen because the “Number Portability” gives you the opportunity to switch on the U.S Cellular instead of your present service provider. So you can use services of both providers without buying a new U.S Cellular Number or buying a new cell phone.
Instructions
1. Call 1-888-BUY-USCC, in such way you will be able to gain information about U.S Cellular service provider. You will speak with the client representative, so you can ask the information about their phone planes, about prices and not at last ask them what opportunities you obtain when your cell phone will be transformed to U.S Cellular.
2. It will be very good if you will have a copy of your Cricket account. After find a U.S Cellular office and inform the representatives that you are going to change your Cricket phone for a U.S Cellular one. The copy off you Cricket account will help to check it.
3. Now in dependence of what Cricket cell phone you posses the period of phone converting will be different and you have to wait till the process will be end. So, if you have a wireless number converting will take a day, but if you have a landline number than you will have to wait a few days until it will be converted. While the process of converting will be on, your Cricket service will be active and of course you can use it. When your phone will be converted your Cricket service will be deactivated.
